Capture Light

Some mornings are inspiring. The sun was softly streaming through the fog, past the trees, through the shimmering icicles, into the double-paned window; making my coffee glow with warmth.

Home for the Holidays

Christmas is fun, but it becomes joyfully magical when a baby is near! Everything is so new and exciting to a child. That joy spreads through the family and the Christmas holiday is filled with giggles, bursts of laughter, shouts of fun and a jungle gym of wrapping paper all over the floor.

The family. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together.

A Chilly Afternoon

It was a lovely, sunny November day, and because of the sun, it was not too cold for the Grants to take family pictures in the park. Caleb was full of energy and loved running around and looking at the ducks, Haley was bright-eyed watching her big brother and laughing at his antics. Carli and Landon have a beautiful family! It is fun to watch these kids grow and see their personalities shine!

Christmas Joy

One lovely late morning, the Ferch family went on a hunt for the perfect Christmas tree. The sun just started to break through the fog and warm the trees, creating droplets of dew that soaked our jeans with just the slightest brush against our limbs.

After getting bundled up in scarves and gloves, we set off to search through the rows and rows of trees. Ariana and Isabella looked through the "Charlie Brown" trees while Natalya, with her keen eye, sought out the grandest tree on the farm.

To insure that they find the best tree in the land, the whole family decided to beseech God for his wisdom.

After working hard all morning, the three girls sit down to a cup of warm cider. This was a joyous adventure with some of my favorite people in the world! They are full of songs, love, and excitement for life and God! Thanks for being such great friends!

Family Fun/ Spokane Photographer

What a great family to have a photo shoot with! The Tibbetts are full of energy, laughter and fun. We spent an hour in the studio capturing the dynamic family; the kids goofing around and laughing, the parent's love, and their unity together. The kids are very imaginative, in one image they are all winning a race, and what a riot that photo turned out to be! I laughed so hard when I first looked at it! Afterward, they were all very happy about the session and could not wait to see the results. So, here they are!
Thanks for a fun family shoot!
