Weekend Adventure

I have lived in Spokane most of my life but I had never gone to Glacier National Park until last weekend! I have been wanting to go there all summer, but never made the time to actually do it. Then my friend Jane, who is from Iowa, said, "I am so close to Glacier Park, it would be sad to go home and never see it."
"That would be so sad!" I said, and right there we made a plan to see it the coming weekend. Everything planned out great, so off we went on a beautiful adventure into Montana, seeing shining lakes, purple mountains, and big blues skies.

It was so cold and dark when we left for our hike at 8:30 am, until the sun peaked over the mountains thawing out the shadows, making a warm, lovely day!

The sun made the fire-wore trees glow white looking like porcupine quills.

About Me

Photojournalism portraiture: I photograph people, I am not the greatest at landscape, though I often still try. But people are my specialty. I capture natural expressions and emotions during my photo shoots. I focus on the simplicity of fun and life whether it be for an individual or whole wedding party.
